How does Kliovance work?

• Vaginal or vulvar candidiasis (thrush infection)
• Water retention
• DEPRESSION
• Headache
• Migraines
• Nausea (feeling sick)

• Weight gain.

• You have liver disease
• There is porphyry
• You have hypertension (high blood pressure)

• You have diabetes
• You have a migraine
• Have systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE or lupus)
• You have epilepsy
• You have asthma
• You have otosclerosis.

If you become pregnant while taking Kliovance, you must stop taking the tablets immediately. Kliovance is not suitable for breastfeeding.
Some medications may interact with Kliovance. You may be told that Kliovance is not suitable for you if you are already taking:

• Antiepileptic drugs, including phenobarbital, phenytoin, or carbamazepine
• Anti-infection medicines, including rifampicin, rifabutin, nevirapine or efavirenz
• Ritonavir, telaprevir or nelfinavir
• St. John’s wort (Hypericum perforatum)
• Ketoconazole
• Cyclosporine.
